Varun Gandhi tweets sweetest birthday message to his ma

New Delhi, Aug 26 : Women and Child Development minister Maneka Gandhi turned 60 today. Apart from a host of ministers and BJP leaders like Smriti Irani, Dharmendra Pradhan, Anant Geete (Shiv Sena), Sadhvi Niranajan, PM Modi also wished her, tweeting, “Birthday greetings to WCD Minister @Manekagandhibjp. I pray for her long and healthy life.”

But easily, the warmest, sweetest birthday wish came from another BJP MP, Varun Gandhi, wearing the son’s hat. The MP from Pilibhit, tweeted a collage of pictures with his mother and posted, “Varun Gandhi ‏@varungandhi80
Happy birthday Ma. If only words could describe what you mean to me. Thank you for everything. @manekagandhibjp”

The collage does include a picture of his father Sanjay Gandhi. Varun was just three-months old, when his father died in a plane crash. In fact, the first picture on the collage was taken on Sanjay Gandhi’s death anniversary on June 23rd this year.
