Union Minister VK Singh’s wife Bharti Singh being blackmailed

New Delhi, Aug 17: Union Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh’s wife is being blackmailed.

The Bharatiya Janata Party leader’s wife Bharti Singh received phone call from a relative’s friend named Pradip Chauhan, who asked her to give him Rs 2 crore.

Chauhan threatened Singh’s wife on phone saying, if she didn’t pay the amount, he would release some audio and video clips on social media platforms, which would bring shame to her family.

A complaint has been registered at Tughlaq Road Police Station.

Realising the sensitivity of the case, the Delhi Police is maintaining a complete silence on the issue.

It is being learnt that the police has deployed a special team to crack the case and nab the blackmailer.
